Glynneath came away with a bonus point win thanks to a much improved second half performance. Morriston took the lead with a Corey Evans penalty but Glynneath who’s powerful scrum caused all sort of problems for the home side at set pieces were awarded a penalty try after another driving scrum saw Morriston prop yellow carded.Fourteen man Morriston hit back in style when after a touchline run by Marty Davies he found Corey Evans in support to go over for a try .Evans converting.A loose ball saw Morriston take advantage and Aston Grindod pounced to get the touchdown.Another yellow card depleted the home side and Glynneath should have regained the lead when after severe pressure on the Morriston line they clearly grounded the ball on the home line only for the referee to deny them a score and blew up for half time .Glynneath started the second half as they finished the first on the offensive and were rewarded with a second try when Jordan Griffiths cut through the Morriston defence which was converted by Dylan Francis .Glynneath went in front for the first time in the game when after a side stepping run by Harri Morgan , Dalton Brown was in support to race away to the line.Dylan Francis converting to stretch his sides lead to two scores .With Glynneath yellow carded they defend furiously to keep their line intact and held out for an important bonus point victory .Full time Morriston 18 Glynneath 26
