Glynneath were hit by an early score when the visitors Sam Grabham crashed over for a try converted by Josh Tatchell.Glynneath stung into action nearly replied with a score of their own when prop James Varden went close then they were held up over the line by great defence by Tondu.Lots of pressure on the Tondu line saw Glynneath just settle for a Dylan Francis penalty .With Tondu producing a promising move they were stunned when Glynneaths Harri Morgan intercepted to race away to the posts .Francis adding the simple conversion.Glynneath were well on top and when Aled Evans gathered a clearance kick,his forceful run saw him feed centre Jed O’Reilly who with still a lot of work to do went over out wide . Dylan Francis converting superbly from the touch line.Drives to the visitors line saw a maul pulled down resulting in a yellow card .This didn’t stop Tondu coming back into the game when flanker Jon Penpraze went over converted by Josh Tatchell.They regained their early lead when Stu Young waltzed through a gap in the home defence Tatchell converting.Tatchell added a penalty to turn the game on its head .Glynneath struck back when pressure resulted in a penalty try to put the scores level.A great passage of play by Glynneath took them deep into the Tondu half but Tondu cleared their lines and had a chance to seal the game late on but saw two penalties fail to find the target , resulting in both sides sharing the spoils  Full Time Glynneath 24 Tondu 24
